Can I Use DTANGO for My Clients?

DTANGO provides the graphic design files to the end-users upon getting the requests. If you want to use the services provided by us on behalf of your clients, that’s no problem! Just remember you may have a different experience working with us than intended.

We highly recommend using our service internally or with projects that are not time-sensitive before leveraging our tool for client projects.

Why Choose Us?

If a high-quality standard and experience aren’t enough, then we have more to offer. When you hire our services, you get a team that specializes in different areas, allowing them to tackle any project regardless of the tone of voice or the brand. But, that’s not all because we understand the need to get the job done quickly, which is why we offer our clients speedy turnarounds too.

But, there’s a catch, right? Is the price sky high?

There’s a simple answer: No, that’s right because there are no hidden costs or additional fees when you choose our service.

The price you are quoted is the one you will be invoiced at the end of the contract, which means you can hire one of the industry’s best designers at an affordable rate.

So, there’s no need to worry about breaking the bank and blasting your budget in one foul swoop.

Is There Anything Else?

As well as the initial service, we also provide our customers with revisions. So, if you think your design needs tweaking, you can get in touch as many times as you want until it’s right. We won’t stop until you are satisfied because we believe in our customer care post service. After all, excellent customer care is about not leaving people in the lurch, which is why we work through your requests to you save time and money. Let’s face it – every boss needs to offload some of their responsibilities, and we are glad to help.

Because we design for a wide range of clients, we are the perfect partners – tell us what you need, and we’ll get you instant results.

Why Should You Trust Us?

You don’t have to take our word for it and hope that our work meets your standards. Why? It’s because you can check out our work during the 7 Day guarantee period.

We take feedback seriously, which is why we let our customers post their thoughts – so that we can improve our service.

What Does Unlimited Mean?

The term “unlimited” is often misused in graphic design. Designers say their service is bottomless only for you to find out that there are caveats. Aside from being frustrating and annoying, it’s a lie. So, what does “unlimited graphic design” mean?

Exactly what it says because you get unlimited requests and revisions so that you can tailor the finished product to your liking. We don’t turn customers away by making excuses; instead, we ensure every base is covered. With us, there is no need to worry about extracted negotiations after the fact.

And, that’s not the extent of our communication skills as you can prioritize tasks if you need to in our TANGO tool. In fact, you’ll receive multiple designs to review per business day as per number of AC’s (Account capacity) you have purchased – that’s how efficient we are.

In general, One Account Capacity comprises of any one of the following:

  • 6 Template Social Media Designs
  • 1 Tri fold brochure or 1 Bi-Fold Brochure
  • 1 Google Ad in 6 Different Sizes
  • 1 Corporate Identity or 1 Podcast Cover design
  • 1 Email newsletter or 1 Email Signature

In general, Two Account Capacity comprises of any one of the following:

  • 12 template social media graphics
  • 2 Variations of 1 Trifold Brochure or 1 Bi-Fold Brochure
  • 2 variations of Google Ad in 6 different sizes
  • 2 podcast cover design or 2 Variations for 1 Corporate Identity
  • 2 Variations of 1 Email newsletter or 1 Email Signature

Regardless of the complexity of the design, all you need to do is make us aware of your ever-changing needs and we will turn your project around in a flash. We don’t ignore you wishes – we welcome them.

Who Works On Your Requests?

The same team assigned to your account from the very beginning. It never changes because we believe in consistency, and who better to rely on than your designers who you have worked with from the start?

However, you can ask for a new designer if you feel it’s the right move. All you need to do is speak to our customer services team and we’ll get the ball rolling. There are lots of reasons to switch designers, so we never judge, but we do ask questions to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

How Long Do Requests Take To Complete?

DTANGO analyses “Order request Timeframe” for processing new requests and make the changes in the queue order accordingly. This means any requests submitted after this scheduled timeframe will not be worked upon the very same day rather it will get automatically scheduled for the next day!

Additionally, any modifications done in your order request after a scheduled time frame will get reflected in your account the next day.

The current order request time frame for all the users is 5 PM EDT/EST Monday to Friday. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be accepted on Monday.

Order requests or any modifications in the designs received after our “Order request timeframe”, during the weekend or on a US holiday will be presumed the next business day.

What is excluded from our service offering?

Sadly, we don’t offer services pertaining to:

  • Motion Graphics

The design team in DTANGO works in AC’s, or Account Capacity. There is no set timeframe for the number of requests or revisions that can be completed in one or two days as per our delivery timeframe. It depends on the complexity of design whether it will take 1 day or 3 days or even more working days to complete client’s requests. It is not possible to commit a deadline for output per order request. However, there are some general guidelines for the output you may expect from per order request. In general, One Account capacity comprises of any one of the following:
  • 6 Template Social media designs
  • 1 Tri fold brochure or 1 Bi-Fold Brochure
  • 1 Google Ad in 6 Different Sizes

  • 2 variations of Google Ad in 6 different sizes
  • 2 Variations for 1 Corporate Identity or Two podcast cover design
  • Two Variatons of 1 Email newsletter or 1 Email Signature
To put in a perspective, Each account you additionally purchase will increase the per day output capacity for your creative requests These are general guidelines and not the exact estimates! The time taken by our design team to process your request or revision depends on the complexity of your project. Graphic designing is all about creativity and no design request is created equally. Each client will find their own individual pace with our service that’s valuable to them and their business.

How Many Revisions Do I get once the design is completed?

The info part is all about what is there in your graphic. This step of the infographic creation process is going to be up to you to complete as DTANGO has designers to give volume to the designs based on the information provided by you.

You can copy-paste the info part of your infographic into the Tango tool of your DTANGO account or attached as a text file.

Step Two: Find Some Inspiration for the “Graphic” Part of the Infographic

It will be great if you can include some inspirational designs along with your request so that our designers can easily conceptualize what is there in your mind.

You can find inspiring infographics simply over googleto find a matching inspirational infographic design.

Step Three: Send Your Design Off to our design team

If you have any specific colors, logos, fonts, or graphics in your mind that you want us to include in the designs, then be sure to mention those as well.

Can Bleed be incorporated in my business card designs?

Yes, Bleed can be incorporated into your design! If you are designing a typical business card with dimensions of 3.5′ x 2″, you can ask the designer to account for bleed, typically 1/8′ on every side. If you have a different measurement in mind, please clarify it to your designer. If you want to incorporate the bleed into the dimensions yourself for the business card (3.75″ x 2.25″), you can let your designer know that you already accounted for bleed into the dimensions of the card.
