Who Works On Your Requests?

The same team assigned to your account from the very beginning. It never changes because we believe in consistency, and who better to rely on than your designers who you have worked with from the start?

However, you can ask for a new designer if you feel it’s the right move. All you need to do is speak to our customer services team and we’ll get the ball rolling. There are lots of reasons to switch designers, so we never judge, but we do ask questions to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

How Long Do Requests Take To Complete?

DTANGO analyses “Order request Timeframe” for processing new requests and make the changes in the queue order accordingly. This means any requests submitted after this scheduled timeframe will not be worked upon the very same day rather it will get automatically scheduled for the next day!

Additionally, any modifications done in your order request after a scheduled time frame will get reflected in your account the next day.

The current order request time frame for all the users is 5 PM EDT/EST Monday to Friday. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be accepted on Monday.

Order requests or any modifications in the designs received after our “Order request timeframe”, during the weekend or on a US holiday will be presumed the next business day.

What is excluded from our service offering?

Sadly, we don’t offer services pertaining to:

  • 3D Rendering

How can I Login to my DTANGO account?
You can log in to your account by clicking on the “Log In” button on Dtango.io. Also, Log In by clicking http://portal.dtango.io/user-registration and then enter your Email and Password. In case, you are unable to login to your account, click on the link Forgot Your Password? And follow the steps to reset your password. What is Account Capacity?
The design team in DTANGO works in AC’s, or Account Capacity. There is no set timeframe for the number of requests or revisions that can be completed in one or two days as per our delivery timeframe. It depends on the complexity of design whether it will take 1 day or 3 days or even more working days to complete client’s requests. It is not possible to commit a deadline for output per order request. However, there are some general guidelines for the output you may expect from per order request. In general, One Account capacity comprises of any one of the following:

  • 1 Google Ad in 6 Different Sizes

The time taken by our design team to process your request or revision depends on the complexity of your project. Graphic designing is all about creativity and no design request is created equally. Each client will find their own individual pace with our service that’s valuable to them and their business.

How Many Revisions Do I get once the design is completed?
There is no constraint on the number of revisions but just remember, each revision request made by you will be considered a new design request. This may lead to slight delays in other pending/active requests.
How to Sign-Up for DTANGO?
DTANGO is a new-gen, Technology-driven, graphic design service-based company. Getting registered with DTANGO is quite simple. Enter a few details and get going

How can I download my designs?

You can download your designs via tool, or a link shared to your email.

By default, we provide the following formats – JPG, PNG, PDF and the relevant source Adobe Files.

To download your previous designs, you can log in to your registered account and download your previous files.

What if I am not satisfied with the services provided by DTANGO?
Here are a few steps that can help you out in case we are unable to meet up your requirements

Working remotely with any person or team requires a different kind of communication style and attention to detail as compared to the one in which we sit and work together. Before getting stressed out, ensure that you provide clear and easy to understand requirements. Sometimes breaking down the client’s request in parts or formatting the information differently can clear up a lot of confusion. If you still have any sort of confusion, then

How Do I Cancel My Subscription on DTANGO?

It is sad to know that we couldn’t meet your expectations. First, we’d like you to drop an email at [email protected] to know why you want to cancel. We would try to resolve the issues once we know about them!

If you still want to go, then login to your account and select the “Cancel” under the “My Account – Billing Information > Subscription Status” tab to get the process started.

How to request for Revisions?
In your work Order dashboard, you will find an action called “Revision request” You need to click and add your revision request under the “Comments” section

There are certain things that you should remember before creating a great infographic. An infographic contains two parts.

First one is the info and the next is the graphic part. Follow these simple steps to get a perfect infographic.


Step One: Create the “Info” Part of the Infographic

The info part is all about what is there in your graphic. This step of the infographic creation process is going to be up to you to complete as DTANGO has designers to give volume to the designs based on the information provided by you.

You can copy-paste the info part of your infographic into the Tango tool of your DTANGO account or attached as a text file.


Step Two: Find Some Inspiration for the “Graphic” Part of the Infographic

It will be great if you can include some inspirational designs along with your request so that our designers can easily conceptualize what is there in your mind. 

You can find inspiring infographics simply over googleto find a matching inspirational infographic design. 


Step Three: Send Your Design Off to our design team

If you have any specific colors, logos, fonts, or graphics in your mind that you want us to include in the designs, then be sure to mention those as well.

Some of the key points to consider while creating an order.

  • Size. Give us an estimate of the size you require or choose from our list.
  • Orientation. Do you want it to be in portrait or landscape? Remember that the orientation does affect the aesthetics, so think about this question carefully. Just add this information in “What’s on your mind?” section
  • Format. We offer two formats: print or digital. If you want a mix of the two for a comprehensive marketing campaign
  • Colors. There is a range of colors we offer, but we find that the best results come from consultation with customers because everyone has their favorites. Just add this information in “What’s on your mind?” section
  • Inspiration. Have you used any resources as inspiration? Tell us and we’ll incorporate them into our working process. Just add this information in “Reference link” section
  • Text copy. Great designs include copy that’s witty, personable and full of character.Just add this information in “What’s on your mind?”  or share the following content as an attachment.
  • Collaterals. Any collaterals that you would like to share has to be added as an attachment in our “Additional information” section. For example – Brand guidelines, Logo, reference images
  • Need Images? In this section you can browse images for your request. The same images will be integrated for your design request.

Can Bleed be incorporated in my business card designs?

Yes, Bleed can be incorporated into your design! If you are designing a typical business card with dimensions of 3.5′ x 2″, you can ask the designer to account for bleed, typically 1/8′ on every side. If you have a different measurement in mind, please clarify it to your designer. If you want to incorporate the bleed into the dimensions yourself for the business card (3.75″ x 2.25″), you can let your designer know that you already accounted for bleed into the dimensions of the card.
